- Plan well and implement your plans: Identify the priorities, plan well and act on your plans while focusing on one thing at a time and always maintaining calmness. Setting priorities, actions, steps, and reminders is always helpful and remember to celebrate your progress and achievements.
- Eat Healthy food: Good nutrition is important for your mental health. Eat nutritious, well-balanced meals and drink plenty of water.
- Establish healthy social connections: Join a group, club, gym, religious group, or other social grouping and be actively involved. Social connectedness is beneficial to mental health.
- Switch off: Avoid extended exposure to electronic devices such as TVs, DVD players, games, mobiles, and tablets. Instead, you can take a walk outdoors or read a book. Avoid digital screens at least 30 minutes before bed.

- Engage in physical activity: Physical activity can make you feel better and improve your mood. Sit less and move more is an excellent mantra.
- Have adequate sleep: We need about 7-8 hours of sleep every day to function well. Lack of sleep can cause stress and exhaustion.
- Listen to relaxing music: Relaxing music, such as soft classical music, can help you relax and increase your creativity, productivity, and focus.
